8th Wonder of the World: Compound Interest

Compound interest is the reinvestment of an assets earnings. Albert Einstein Believed it to be the 8th wonder of the world. For the project the task was to explain this concept in a visually interesting and uniform style through an animated video. I was tasked with creating the visual style, story boarding the video and then creating the graphic elements that would be handed over to go to motion.

The visual style of this video comprises of subtle photo copy textures, digital collage elements, hand draw markings and distorted stretched typography.

The challenge with this project came with the complex financial content. And how to create frames that were visually interesting to the view but correctly communicated the concepts.
